Put A Spark in Your Day!

So, my favorite product from Advocare is by far the Spark. I love it! It gives me energy and focus without the gitters or ADDness of other energy drinks. It is easily portable, and all you need is water. Best of all, it is cheaper than other energy drinks! It has been a major factor in keeping me awake during Medical School classes and studying mundane information!

What flavors do you ask? Grape, Fruit Punch, Mandarin Orange, Citrus, and Cherry. My favorite is Grape, my wife's is cherry, my mom's is fruit punch... The list goes on. I would say you can even mix it...why not? Finally, you can make it concentrated (AKA: less water) for those of you that like the "thicker" drink or more dilute (AKA: more water) for those of you that like a smooth taste with rich flavor! Anyways, now that I have told you my favorite drink and story, what is yours?

10 Months of Difference

I absolutely love Advocare and their products! I have gained energy and have lost 36 pounds in 10 months since beginning their use. I have tried and use on a regular basis several of the products to help with my energy level and focus, to help lose weight, to help feel good, and to help boost my immune system. At first, I was a little hesitant being a medical student; however, I quickly found that their products are created and backed by physicians and researchers.
